Grace is very interested in Fall, Halloween and Pumpkin Patches this year. We have already visited 3 different pumpkin patches and have one more to go. These are a few photos I took at Lemo’s Farm in Half Moon Bay, CA. My sister and I saw this pumpkin patch for the first time when I was pregnant. We were driving over to the coast in CA when we passed this adorable children’s farm just off a narrow winding road. Pony rides, Hayrides, train rides, petting zoo, pumpkin patch, and anything “pumpkin” you could ever want to eat. We said “Let’s take Grace there next year!” We have made it back there twice in 3 years! Its going to become a favorite tradition- because it WAS the highlight of her trip.
Sweet Miles in the pumpkin patch:
I love everything about this next photo. Miles was being quite a handful for Amy. He is had a huge bump on his head from a previous fall earlier in the day, but was still running around the pumpkin patch. Amy caught him eating dirt, and finally I heard say” Ok, Miles- thats enough. Your done.” Amy picked him up to carry him off out of the pumpkins. This wasn’t a posed photo, this is the actual event of him having to be “benched”. I love it. Its my favorite photo from the trip. Cracks me up how she is carrying him and the look on his face. He knew it was over.
