This family is one of my oldest clients.  They were one of the very first families that I photographed when I started up my business and continue to be one of my favorite families to shoot.  It was a beautiful evening for these photos- I love how the sunlight  is filtered through the trees.  We were visited by lots of wildlife during the shoot- including a HUGE hawk and several ladybugs.  The handmade quilt you see in a few of the photos was actually  a wedding present given to them years ago.  I love special touches like that!  These photos almost make you forget that we live in the desert…
