High School Sweethearts | Colin & Natalie

This elegant Spring wedding at Montelucia started with a sweet love story between two high school teenagers. When they were just 15, Natalie remembers watching TV at Colin’s house and all she wanted to do was hold his hand. A year later, Colin asked her to junior prom. On the day of prom, Colin broke his arm and Natalie had strep throat. The phone rang, and she was convinced he was calling to cancel, but he was simply letting her know what time he would be picking her up. In her vows, she promised to never stop holding his hand and to always keep the same dedication to their marriage as he did that night of Prom.

Colin always had an eye for Natalie since he first laid eyes on her 15 years ago. Even then, he saw how beautiful, confident and resilient she was. He knew she was the woman he wanted to marry even then, and she continues to impress him every day.

Outdoor Ceremony at Sunset

Natalie and Colin currently live in Chicago. They chose the Montelucia resort as the perfect setting for their destination wedding in Arizona. As the guests arrived for the wedding, they were greeted with cocktails and appetizers. As the sun was setting, the guests were seated with a view of Camelback Mountain that was pure perfection. The ceremony was a family affair. The Bride’s brother and the Groom’s sister officiated the ceremony. They delivered a heartfelt and uniquely humorous experience for all the guests.
